Ah Fung (Lap Cheung Fung)

Ah Fung (Lap Cheung Fung) is a trainer of systemic constellations, NLP Trainer, M.A. in Art; B.B.A., B.Law (PRC) and one of the pioneers to introduce constellations works into China (Hong Kong) and has developed a set of techniques to introduce constellation work to the general public. As 90% of Chinese private enterprises are family business, he is highly skilled at finding simultaneous solutions for family businesses.

His most recent work has been exploring and integrating Chinese five element theory with SCW.
Fung started the first Chinese faculty in Bernried training intensive in 2013. Fung started to learn SCW work from year 2000 and became a full-time SCW facilitator in 2006. He has also served as a Chinese translator for Bert Hellinger. He conducts workshops, offers facilitator training and organized international trainers’ training in mainland China. With more than 180 working days per year and handling roughly 10,000 cases, he has developed a unique way of facilitating within his training system.

His style is clear to watch and easy to follow. His structural way of working has been especially welcomed by beginners and those facilitators who need honest feedback to improve their work. He proposed the first training curriculum and presented to ISCA in 2009. His previous working experience within the corporate environment enabled him to work effectively with organizational constellations.

Bill Mannle

Bill, LMFT is a Gestalt and Marriage & Family Therapist in private practice in Connecticut, USA. He is a former Adjunct Faculty in the Marriage & Family Program at Southern Connecticut State University where he served as a Clinical Supervisor and taught a course in Family of Origin.

As an international trainer and facilitator in the Family Constellations Method, he has conducted seminars in Connecticut, New York, California, Germany, Denmark, Australia, Mexico, Spain, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia & China. Interested in the intersection of psychotherapy and spirituality, he is currently exploring “symptoms” as symbolic road signs for waking up.


Rev. Leslie Nipps, MDiv

Leslie is the founder of Convivium Constellations, organizer and founder of the West Coast Constellations Intensive, and is a Systemic Constellations and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and trainer in Oakland, CA, USA. With James Woeber, she directed the 2015 North American Systemic Constellations Conference (NASC) in San Diego, CA, USA. Subsequently, she was a founding board director of North American Systemic Constellations (NASC), and has presented at all of the NASC conferences since 2011.

She was a presenter at the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) gathering in Zagreb in 2016, and at the Australasian Constellations Intensive in Sydney, Australia in March, 2018. She’s led workshops in Thailand and New Zealand. She has also been an Episcopal minister for over twenty years. She is a regular contributor to the professional journal of Constellations, The Knowing Field.
