Christine Blumenstein-Essen

Christine was born in 1956. She is a social worker, psychotherapist, supervisor and coach. Also a teacher/trainer for systemic therapy and consultation in Austria.

Christine is a founding member of APSYS (Institute für systemic practice, constellation – and reconstruction work) and co-editor of the book „Verkörperungen“, Carl-Auer-Systeme Verlag, 2001.

Her first encounter with family reconstruction (Virginia Satir) was in 1981, with constellations (Bert Hellinger) in 1986. She has been working with constellations in the psychotherapeutic field for 21 years,  with constellations  for non-profit organisations for 13 years, in the last years also for profit organisations.

Main fields of work at the time: seminars and trainings in constellation work (structural constellations, process oriented constellations of families and organisations), trauma work (PITT & Somatic Experiencing), consultation for larger helper systems.

Bruce Nayowith

Since 2014, Bruce Nayowith M.D. has experienced a variety of trainings in systemic work, including a three-year facilitator training with Jamy and Peter Faust, and one-year trainings with Bill Mannle, Samvedam Randles, Francesca Mason-Boring, and Dan Booth Cohen/Emily Blefeld.

He practiced Emergency Medicine for over 25 years. Since 1985, he has also explored processes that support individual and collective emergence – including meditation, depth psychology, whole-brain education, Focusing, and several forms of We-Space work.

In 2017-8, Bruce was a participant in the first year-long training cohort of The Pocket Project – an international exploration into integrating collective trauma.

Bruce has been a teacher, facilitator, and process designer in the Way of the Warm Heart Constellation Training and Mentorship Community since 2020.

He continues to devote himself to collective resourcing and “sharing nervous systems” through receptive awareness and human representation.  Several of his designs and articles related to Constellations and Co-presencing can be found at  and

Jan Jacob Stam

Jan Jacob Stam (1954, The Netherlands) studied biology and educational sciences. He worked as a school teacher, a manager in Dutch Telecom, partner in a consultancy firm and founded the Dutch Bert Hellinger Institute in 2000. He also founded the Noorderlicht publishers, organized many conferences and wrote 6 books. Founder of TeamConnect. He has worked in over 30 countries.
