This practice, led by Anjuli George, weaves together a meditation and breath practice and calls us into sacred representation of the truth of how we really are. You will be invited to explore how you are showing up in the dance between being and doing and to practice a breath of balance between the two. The yogic breath practice offered at the end is called Nadi Shodhana. This practice is good for redefining your center in a time when you might be feeling off balance in body, mind or soul.
