On the menu, please go to My Account > My Library and click your audio file in the blue box to the right.
I bought a training course, where do I begin the course?
On the menu, please go to My Account > My Courses > Enrolled Courses. The courses you are enrolled in will appear. Click the title of the course your wish to complete. Then click Start Course. You can also follow the screenshots below. Please contact us if you have any issues. Happy learning!
I'm doing a course, where can I ask questions?
Once you have started a course, a “Browse Q & A” tab will be visible. You can post a question here related to the course you are doing. We will endeavour to answer your question within 2 -3 days. See screenshot below:
