Born 1963, coming from a long line of tailors and shoemakers. Daan has been a student of shamanism since 1987 and worked as a teacher in textile design before shifting to teaching shamanism full time in 1992. He was introduced to family constellations in 1998.
Combining elements of shamanic ritual and family constellations Daan developed Systemic Ritual, which he has been teaching worldwide. He is the author of 7 books, including Images of the Soul for which Bert Hellinger wrote a foreword. His writings have been translated into 12 languages.
