Zita Tulyahikayo FRSA is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holds ICF accredited training in Systemic Coaching, she is a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Systemic Constellations Facilitator, and Therapist. She has an international client base and more than 15 years in practice.
Her first-class training is underpinned by a successful career as a fashion editor, and as a stylist for the music and entertainment industry in the USA, where she worked with major global corporations and high-performance individuals.
Her training also draws upon Shamanic traditions from her African and Caribbean heritage, Somatic Trauma Healing, Guided Visualisations and Mindfulness.
Zita co-writes Loving Legal Life, a well-being and career column for The Lawyer online and for Counsel Magazine. Zita co-founded The Libra Partnership with James Pereira QC. In 2019 they co-founded The Budding Bar, a free coaching and mentoring group for young African, Asian and Caribbean women who aspire to become Barristers. Together, they co-facilitate Diversity Discourse, an online space for difficult conversations.
